Welcome to Davalogy. This website and related services are operated by Hridake Healthcare Private Limited under the brand name “Davalogy”.
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, uploading medical records, making a payment, or using any Davalogy service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nature of Services
Davalogy is a healthcare coordination platform that helps patients:
- book online or in-person consultations;
- upload prescriptions, reports, scans and medical documents;
- receive doctor-led review and consultation support;
- request follow-up consultations;
- access lab test coordination, where available;
- request pharmacy-related support and medicine delivery, where available.
Davalogy does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, users must contact the nearest hospital, ambulance service, or emergency medical provider.
Medical Advice and Doctor Discretion
All medical advice, prescriptions, treatment decisions and clinical opinions are provided only by qualified medical practitioners.
The doctor may, at their discretion:
- advise an in-person consultation;
- decline or defer an online consultation if the case is not suitable for remote consultation;
- request additional reports or information;
- refer the patient to another specialist, hospital or emergency facility.
Use of Davalogy does not guarantee any specific medical outcome, diagnosis, treatment result, recovery or availability of a particular doctor.
Patient Information and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information, including your name, age, contact details, medical history, symptoms, prescriptions, diagnostic reports and other health records.
Davalogy and the doctor may rely on the information provided by you. Davalogy will not be responsible for issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, misleading or delayed information shared by the patient or caregiver.
Appointments and Consultations
Appointment requests are subject to doctor availability and confirmation by Davalogy or its team.
A booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment unless a confirmation is shared through the website, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other communication channel.
Consultation mode may be online, telephonic, video-based or in-person, depending on availability and medical suitability.
Payments
All payments on the website are collected in Indian Rupees through authorised banking channels, payment gateways, payment aggregators or other permitted payment partners.
Davalogy does not store your card, UPI PIN, net banking password or sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by authorised payment service providers.
Before making payment, the user will be shown the applicable consultation fee, service fee, taxes, discounts, if any, and the total payable amount.
Payment success does not by itself guarantee medical suitability. If a service cannot be provided after payment, the refund will be handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Lab, Pharmacy and Partner Services
Lab test support, pharmacy support, medicine delivery, hospital coordination and insurance-related coordination may be provided through third-party partners, where available.
Partner listings are for information and coordination purposes only. Davalogy does not represent that all partner services will always be available in every location.
Medicines will be supplied only where permitted under applicable law and, where required, against a valid prescription.
User Consent
By using Davalogy, you consent to:
- sharing your personal and medical information with Davalogy, doctors and relevant healthcare partners;
- receiving calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails or other communications related to your appointment, reports, payment, follow-up care or service updates;
- the review of uploaded medical documents by the doctor/team for consultation and care coordination;
- use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Marketing or promotional communication, if any, should be based on separate optional consent.
Minor Patients
If the patient is below 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be responsible for the information submitted and services requested.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to:
- submit false or misleading medical information;
- impersonate another person;
- upload unlawful, harmful or irrelevant material;
- misuse payment systems;
- interfere with website security;
- use the platform for emergency medical reliance.
Intellectual Property
All website content, design, logo, brand name, text, images, graphics, software and materials are owned by or licensed to Davalogy/Hridake Healthcare Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use website content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davalogy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to Terms
Davalogy may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the revised “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
